anyone done suspension work to leaf rear gq ute?

hi all. Just wondering if anyone here has done any modification to leaf rear gq ute's? Lookin for more flex and more lift but iv never seen and patrol leaf rear setup's or how they perform in the modified fourbie world. Anyone got and bright idea's. My mate is buying one and im keen to get the rear end workin as well as the front.
