Towbar drop hitch - where to buy (Brisbane)

Can anyone tell me the best place to go to buy a drop hitch in Brisbane, either off the shelf or custom length. Need to lower the ball height about 250-300mm from standard tongue.

Although I think the lowest they've got is 3" drop last time I bought from them.
But they make all Hayman Reece towbar setups etc so I'm sure they could knock you up something.
