Nissan Terrano II 1997 2.4l petrol update

Hi All -
I purchased a 1997 Nissan Terrano II 2.4l petrol a month or so ago and as there is not much info at all on the petrol motors in Terrano's out there I thought i would post an update for other potential buyers.
(BTW - thanks to Dave STR and other members of this forum and others with info to do with snorkels for this model)
So far - dealership replaced clutch slave and master cylinder - but did free of charge as it broke down. But I don't fell tis is an inhernet problem - probably jst not changing clutch fluid often enough.
Fuel economy - great. Has a 60L tank and I filled with PULP and got 600 klm to the tank full. This was nearly exactly half highway, half urban.
Power - ok. For what i need the car for - going to work, family on weekends and occasional bush bash or up the beach - power seems fine. for towing a van or tackling bad-ass bush i don't know though. i guess you don't purchase a 4WD for speed anyway. As I run PULP, I will advance the timing a little and see what that does, and also fit the snorkel.
Overall - great so far. The vehicle was in great condition for its age - is comfy, has the seven seats and A/C is cold - so good for me.
Will update again in a couple of months hopefully when I have been up the beach a bit more.
Cheers all.
