sloppy gearlever 92 paj sunroof issues

hey i have a 92 paj 4d56 td swb import with a sloppy gearlever a few others i have driven have this problem aswell can anyone tell me whats goin on with it ??
Whats the best clutch kits for these and what they worth ?? its gonna need one soonish i think...
Also has anyone had issues with thier soft sunroofs not closing all the way it wont drop down at the front so theres a gap in the front and sides... can they be adjusted the motor works sweet still.. Just like something is holding it back or something just after advice before i pull it apart and have a look...
