Manual Hub on 75

I went to lock my hubs in the other day and the passenger one did not go all the way around to "lock".

It goes about 3/4 way around and stops.

The drivers side is fine.

I have 2 questions:

1- How hard is it to pull apart and fix?

2- Is it worth just buying 2 new hubs and fitting (how hard is it?)

I have an average level of mech knowledge and tools available.

Thanks

There is a great thread on rebuilding these with pic's and all. Search.

There is nothing to them really.

Pull the front cover off, 6x M6 bolts.

Have a look there first.

get someone to roll the car gently while you see if you can lock it in, i have seen that help before if you need to lock it in but cant.

to pull it apart.
Basically, set it to free then you remove the 6 outer bolts, remove the locking mechanism complete. then push it in and twist clockwise and it will come apart, there is no brain surgery to putting it back together. but first clean out all the old grease and junk, re grease and re fit.
