TB45 manual to tb42 auto

i just bought the tb45 that was for sale on here and im in the process of putting it in but will the manual engine hook up to the auto transmissiion? the current motor is tb42 carby so will the manual looms hook up to the auto?

You'll need the computer to hook up to the auto and tb42 & tb45 blocks should the same
GQ TB4.2 auto Lwb 3' lift 33's ...
