glow plug timer

hey guys ive replaced the glow plugs but it still wont start in the cold where is the timer situated and is it just a case of unplugging it or is it something more.

Mat, You'll get better responses if you word it better, use some punctuation and maybe even tell us what vehicle you're talking about.

no need to worry now i found a button on dash gave it a try and it looks like previous owner had same probs so he installed a manual set-up woo-hoo another prob sorted now to sort out the steering wander.

be careful with the manual glowplug switch, i had similar prob on my 2L lux, fitted a switch, worked great for a while. but you are much better off replacing the timer/relay, they arent expensive and you wont need to worry about it
