depends, if you wanna do it good, youll need a hole saw, if you wanna go dodgy brothers, all thats required is a drill, hacksaw and hammer.

do yerself a favour, if you dont have a hole saw, take it and pay some poor mofo to install it for ya.

Just finished mine last week, would have gotten some poor sucker to do it if id known how much screwing around it is.

cheers and good luck.

I was gonna take some pics, but couldent bring myself to post em due to the massivly rough job i was doing.

X2 !!!
Can use good quality stainless clamps too (better)....but not those cheapy ones with stamped see-thru threads that actually cut into rubber/silicone and stuff it!!
I position my template with auto tape...centre punched all the holes...checked and rechecked it...removed template...n took it to my local 4wd store...n they did all the holes for 20 bux...and then I took it home and cleaned them all up and repainted the bare metal...saved a heap of $$...and I knew it was done properly too. Snorkel is a piece of P**s to fit once all this is done.

Cheers Keith
P/S...actually....clamps used for fuel injection lines are THE BEST....but not sure if yu can get them big enuff for this job tho....
