shocks to suit spoa

can someone with a spoa on standard springs tell me the measurements of their front and rear shocks (compressed and extended lengths. ill be using standard top shock mounts and the bottoms are attached to the diffs. thanks

This is a question you really have to measure and answer your self. Measure your car flexed up and stationary. Then work out what you need. Also pay attention to dampening rates too,or at least consider the vehicle shocks you are buying were designed for. If they were designed for a 3 ton barge, then chances are they may not be the best option. Also shocks specced for coil spring vehicles usually have a higher dampening rate than leave spring vehicles due to the natural dampening caused by inter leaf friction.
