if it is a 1ltr box and it has wires coming out of it then you are laughing.

depends on what your trying to do. You could just swop the internals, but if your after low gearing, there's not that much difference in low range( if any) its only high that will help you with bigger tyres.
better off to get Calmini/rocky road gears.
I have 4.1 Calmini (stage 1 ) High is the same as the 1litre standard gears. Good for 30" tyres. and low gives about 2 and a half extra gears below standard.

(4low bit higher than standard 1low, 3low bit lower than standard 1low.)
I have the old gears(out of a Maruti 1ltr) sitting in my shed. If you still want them, send me a PM.

1ltr box is a 12% reduction in both high and low. i ran a 1ltr box in a w/t
sierra with 32s and it was fine on the highway, lowrange was still pretty average though.

i was planning on buying a set of 31inch maxxis mudzilas
and i herd that a 1L case would do the trick because with the standard 1.3 case it conqs out.
how much would i be looking at spending if the 1L case is low enough
how much did you spend on your gearing
if you dont mind me asking
as my zook is now it only has 29's on it and i carnt use 2rd gear for do hill climbs in conqs out
would i be able to use 2rd with a 1L case

my 1ltr case cost me $100. i could tow a trailer in 5th and low range was a bit better.
if you are konking out, use a lower gear.

29" = 27" on most tyres
BFG muddies, 30" and 31" are the same diameter. really 29"
Not sure about maxis, but would think close to real 31"
Something to think about.

oh ok thanks zute
it might be a month or so untill i can afford the tires and want to transfer in before the tires so i dont have any hassels
what a simex pedes 31inch
t was another choice but i herd they dont include tread in measuring so would mean there more like 32'' or 33'' maybe
anyone know
