1997-99 3.5L into a 1993 (3L)?

Not unless you have the matching transmission/gear box, wiring loom ECU, radiator etc. Not worth the hassle. You would be better off buying a NJ truck with the 3.5 already in it

The 3.5 transmission & transfer are larger than the 3.0 version, so you'll need a body lift for clearance, and the factory 3.5 vehicles also came with a larger rear diff.

The 3.5 bolts up to the 3.0 gear box, mounts need minor mod. I used the 3.0 heads and have ended up with great power, down low is great. Its a big job but worth it. Still using 3.0 ECU, power steer and air con.
