either diff ratios or transfer gears will really be required unless you like putting clutches in you car and those easy glide takeoffs.

transfer gears will be the least headache I think.

diffs are alot of work for some people.

Yes you would need to run reduction gearing. Zooks have a really crap low range with standard 26" tyres letalone 32".
Highly recommend you get transfer gearing unless you can get different gearing for youre diffs cheap.

Its really easy all you need is a press and a puller. I use a bottle jack, couple of bricks and an 80series cruiser for my press...lol

IMO The ratio's are too low for running under a 33" tire

highway ..... simex ...?!?!
i always wondered , how does this tire react when lowering the pressure ?
let's say 500gr .
since they are usually mounted on bigger ( heavier ) rig .
i heard that they are pretty stiff for light weight like us .
any experiences ?

personally I'd run 6.5's with tyres that size as 32 simex' are a BIG 32' tyre
I had 32's with 6.5's and I think it was near spot on.
cheers andrew

At snake racing last time i looked they were about $100 different. But buy 6.5s through an import site. Superiour, locktup, trailgear if you want to import. I ran 6.5s on 31s and there awsome offroad. I then bought a set of 33s and they were set up just right. I never have to ride the clutch and it idles up almost everything. I mainly stick to rocks and hill climbs tho and it tops out with 31s in low5th at about 30kms. Not so good for the sand...

hahaha i had SUA, RUF, 50mm lift rear on 33X14.5 boggers, yes alot of chop, but with that said NIK has a lwb lux axles and 35s and he only chopped a little bit under the head light to make them fit. Its all about how much lift you have and how much up travel you have.

haha sounds bloody nice mate !, im thinkin about putting on a spoa lift, cause i need a bit more height for the tyres and you sound you know a bit, im putting on my bros hilux shocks there pretty much brand new, there about 570mm long max out, and my shcoks are like 440mm maxed out would the hilux shocks benefit alot or not .

You dont need spoa to fit 32 simex's ive just finished a spua on 34 swampers, yes there was guard cutting involved though.

about 3300rpm there abouts, I don't have a working speedo so that's guessing 110km/hr
