Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi All, just wanting to ask if anyone knows if 1989 onwards door hinges will fit a 1984 LN65 hilux. If not can you buy pre 1989 hinges new & if so where from. If you cant buy them new does anyone have a set especially drivers side in excellent condition they might want to sell. My contact number is 0438177776.
