got flex?

hey guys
i just bought my a 2inch lift for my sierra
asking 800 on ebay and got it for 400, it included front and rear leafs 4 shocks and u-bolts.

u bolts where to big for both front and rear so i had to use the standard u-bolts . will replace

i also took a leaf out all round for a bit better flex.
when i took it out on the weekend i notice the travel was a bit better but it was my leafs that are preventing more travel. other than the other way around like it was when standard.
was wondering if i should take out another leaf.
that would mean 3 leafs in the front and 2 in the rear. i don't plan on towing anything either.

I wouldn't take any more leaves out at the moment. They take a little while to soften up. Just keep taking it out on runs and keep flexing it up. If you take too many leaves out they will quickly sag and you will be back to where you started.

^X2 It will sag within a week with 2 in the back and 3 in the front. The reason its stiff is because it needs to keep the arch to keep the truck lifted.
