Any
Outerlimits members who want to start downloading the F300 Factory Service Manual please PM me. This is the full manual covering the entire vehicle.
I have started uploading it to a site- I am not making the address known publicly due to bandwidth restrictions.
Anyone I give the address to I ask to keep it private, or else the site will be taken off line.
I am only able able upload the smaller sections at the moment, but in a week will be able to upload the remainder (hopefully....)
It's been a headache just getting this far.......

Is the manual in English o German?
If it's in English, I'd like to download one.

English- not all sections are online yet. Should be all up in about a week; but in the meantime download all the smaller sections.
Check your PM's.

Good one David. Same as my Rocky manual. I have no problems with letting people know the url of it, but do not want to open it up to all and sundry.

Hi Rick, I finally got around to doing it.
Finding a decent free site to host it is a major PITA; I'm still investigating some others with larger bandwidths so I can post the link publicy.
Pity about the lack of interest so far- only two people!?
I thought I'd be doing everyone a big favour and inundated with PMs.
(There are no strings attached people, it's entirely free- the same manual is being flogged on the internet on CD for $$$.....)

Would this be the workshop manual that covers maintenance, engine mechanicals, emmision control systems, EFI systems etc? If so this is or was available from WARFS website, if not put me down as I would like a copy.
Cheers
Jim

The one on WARFS only covers the engine and has some of the electrical schematics.
The one I'm uploading covers everything- brakes, interior, suspension, gearbox, EFI, engine, diffs, etc etc ..... you get the idea.

Welcome to those new guys who have just joined and PM'd me for the manual.
I'll give you the address details in another day or two- I just need to sort out with Dan if I'll be changing over to his site (due to limitations with the current host.)

Hi, I have just joined today ( Wed 28 April 2004). I purchased a Feroza (1996 Feroza 2 SX) 3 weeks ago and I am very interested in having a copy of the service manual.
Also if anyone else lives in Newcastle, Australia please drop me an e-mail to
richardc06@hotmail.com
Please put Feroza in the subject as I get a lot of junk mail.
Hope to hear from some of you out there.
Richard.

Hello, David.
It seems to me that the *.pdf that you put on a public server are currupted. My Acrobat reader can open none of them.
Is the situation with other users the same?

Hmmmm.... anyone else had the same problem?

I'm just trying to download a couple of the smaller files to check- so far all's not looking good
The Index is corrupted and so is another I just tried.
I'll place them all into a zip file and upload it all as one zip file. Ho hum, another couple of hours uploading........

Did that one work OK Richard?
The full service manual should be up in another 1 1/2 hrs - looks like it's going to take 3 1/2 hrs total to upload.

Yeah the 4 MB file downloaded fine.
I am just wonderif the 26 Meg file is the service manual for the F300 HD engine published in Feb 1989. Could someone please tell me ?
Just look at the front page and it says on there if it is.
Richard.

Yes that's the one.
The 36mb one also has a section on the engine with a bit more info IIRC.

Thanks mate, I already have that one. I don't know if its for the 96 model that I have or not....

The only difference I've heard of is someone said the diagnostic connector for the EFI was a different pin out with two extra pins. Mechanically the engines should be the same.
I found the starter motor on my '92 didn't match up with the 26mb manual- there are a couple of versions shown but mine was different again!
