The problem is when in 4wd i can't drive it like any other 4x4 i have to use the hand throttle and really try to not move my foot to much otherwise it starts jerking out of control, im at the point of drivin the thing off a cliff because you cannot relax while drivin it
Does anyone know what might be doing it or have the same problem ?

This is a common problem with a 12ht. You want throttle response, you got it. The only solution I can think of is to fit another or stronger return spring. Though you really need some sort of throttle damper in the system. Or a big sponge under the go peddle.... invent 1 and you'll be a millionaire by lunchtime Monday.

I tried doing a search a long time ago and i found a small thread on other people doing something with a governor or something but now i can't find it ?
I'll have a look tomorrow at how the throttle is setup maybe i'll get an idea of a solution but at least it just isn't me with this problem

I had this problem in my 12-HT powered 60 series, I bolted a bit of aluminium bent at right angles just in front of the accelerator pedal so you can rest you foot on that and use your toes on the accelerator. It gives a lot more control that just having your foot on the pedal.
My 60 series rebuild....
