does it have to be that type?

Chase up the old pushy brake caliper that the cable goes through the hole and clamps down.

Or will a pop rivet with the nail knocked out of it and then crimped on hold it.

ring an auto tranny joint and ask em, failing that go to a decent pushy shop.

Let us know when you find a solution

go to your nearest electrical wholesaler and ask what their smallest line tap is. I have never seen one that small but never know may get lucky.

I made one out of a cut up suspension arm from a RC car, already had the tread cut in it and just used 2 grub screws to clamp it to the cable.
