2" lift on a DSII

I would like to lift my Disco SII approx. 2" any suggestions? Longer springs are easy to come by but who else besides OME offers a longer shock, Bilstein only seem to make a direct replacement for Original Equipment and say that I can use these for a lift but I won't gain any droop. With the lift I also want extra droop so that I can improve my RTI otherwise my ride will be taller with less RTI and that kind of defeats the purpose of lifting it...
any one ? :?

Have a talk to Andrew Richmond of Les richmond Motors in Melbourne.

They have the best range of springs in Aus to suit Rover's.

Both bilstien and koni make shocks to suit.

Regards
Michael.

I dont think the OME shocks are much longer than the stocker shocks anyway, thats if they are not the same size. The original OMEs were a little longer but the propshaft started hitting the cross member so ARB shortened the shocks again. I think OME are designed more for comfort and load carrying anyway, more so than RTI figures.

Cheers, I appreciate the input and will be picking up my Bilstein and Lovell's package today from Britswed. I will tell all what I think after the install and initial settling in period.
