3mm spacer, am i wasting my time?

just want to no if it is a waste of time if i get some spacers made up, to push the rims out as minimal as i need as they slightly rub on the tie rod ends.

just go and buy some samwigh wheel spacers at repco or supper crapp
thery are between 5 and ten mill thik

6mm spacers are like 25 a pair from busons

yeah but then again, how long will the stud thread stick out for the nut?

take a nut off now and measure it

Probably about 6mm less
