instaling aftermarket temp gauge in a 92 lux

g'day
just wondering how hard it would be to install an after market water temp gauge in my 1992 toyota hilux 3L diesel
like wise an oil preasure gauge

Temp gauge is easy. I used an electric sender gauge and fitted the sender to the thermostat housing. There is a nice flat beside the factory sender. That way both gauges work, if you can say the factory gauge actually works. Can't help on oil pressure as have not done it. At a guess you may be able to fit a T piece where the factory sender is so that you retain the low pressure light on the dash.

You can mod the factory gauge to make it accurate.
