I just went to a motor trimming shop, made one up no worries. He had done heaps of them. In Brissy though so can't recommend someone for you in Melbourne. Ring around and see what response you get.

G`day,

I had a bloke in Bayside Melbourne make mine about 9 years ago. The business was called " bayside auto trimmers" the guys name was Rod.
He did an ok job on it but as it was the first one he'd ever done on a 40 series it needed a little more finessing . it was a little pricey but worth it.
I don't know if he still does them.

also there is a guy in Bayswater in Holloway drive that does them.. I don`t know what his work is like but I know he does repairs as well can't tell you his name, only cause at the moment it has escaped me. hope this has helped... as soon as I remember I will post it up for you.
Also Ken Dixon at eureka off road is still going strong and still does soft tops

Cheers

Moorooka Auto Trim, off Ipswich Rd on magic mile.

$180 for bikini top - has been made, pretty happy with so far. Check my members thread (Ricks BJ42) for some pics.

$400 for fastback style full top - quote only, haven't had time to get it made, but will be using them.
