Looking at the picture of the fulltime transfer, I'd have to say no.
The case is totally different from the part time and doesn't have any facility that i can see to add a low range facility.
It would be easier to adapt a case of something else - and that would still be a huge job.

I have feroza with low gears, but friend of mine is askin if this is possible and i can not know, so i ask this queation.
The answer is no and end of debate - he must buy a gearbox with low gears and replace his fulltime gearbox.

I understand his situation.
its a pity really as full itme 4x4 would be great IF it had low... but......
Were there many of the full times sold in Europe, AFIK there were none officially brought to Australia.
If he's going to do a change to part time then put an auto in - it will help make up for the modest low range reduction.

Here in our contry the part time were sold to 1995, all ferozas from 1995 to 1997 are fulltime.
I havent seen any auto gearbox here in our country, only 5 speed manual.

They were quite rare - only available for a short time.
Well worth getting if you can find one - same auto core as used in 6 cylinder jeeps so they are STRONG.
