i have a drum rear end diff how hard is to swap to disc and how much should i pay for a diff i think mayby my pinion bearing is stuffed so that could be an easy way out instead of fixin my pinion bearing

swap diff complete ruff cost for comp diff is 850 bucks, make sure you get same ratio
