a little more info on what you want to use your truck for would help - the nitrochargers are good for touring and load carrying, they are comfortable and long lasting, but on the expensive end of non-adjustable shocks.

OME are ok but you can buy EFS supplied by Carrols which would be as good but cost a little more. These also come with a 3 year warranty!

Andy Brown won the Safari on OMEs...

Ive been running OMEs on 6 4x4 for about 15 years with no major probs.
What makes you think a shock need external adj?
Some of the best shocks in the world are not user adjustable. Its taken care of by velocity and load sensitive valving.

Any difference in quality/life expectancy between the nitro chargers and RS5000, which are foam cell.

They are both the same price OME - $135, RS5000 - $130 from rockcrawler.. but if i get the the Nitrochargers fitted by ARB they do a wheel alignment etc for me.

They are only going on my 4Runner which is used for touring and bit of lightduty towing..

IMHO both the OME & RS5000 are a bit stiff.
I am currently on my second set of OME and prior to that I have RS5000's.....Next time I'm thinking of going either RS9000's or Bilsteins....

Put ome springs and nitrochargers on my Defender 6000 Ks ago and am very happy with them, no swaybars and bodyroll is better than standard suspension with much better offroad performance.
