WARFS/ Topica mailing list problems

Has anyone else tried posting to the WARFS list in the last couple of days and had the Email rejected? I notice there's been no new posts since the 23 April too?
Has it gone down?

Yeah, I haven't received anything for a while, tried to resubscribe, but it tells me I already am.....been too busy to chase it any further.
