Hi,

I have a 87 Nissan Pathfinder 4x4 with a 2.4 carby motor in it. It has NO kahunas! I need to upgrade to an injected motor with reliability. The more simple the better. The cheaper the better. I'd like to stick to a nissan motor. But at the end of the day i'm definetly open to any ideas or past experiences.

Cheers!

4.3 Chev V6 with TH700 and adapter to the Nissan t-case. Adapter and motor mounts are sold by www.4x4parts.com
Gives you min. 165hp and 350NM.

With the ZD30 you can keep it all Nissan and use stock parts. The Terrano II, which is basically the Pathinder frame with a different body, was avail. with the ZD30 in Europe.
I have this combination as a daily driver and I love it.
