hi all,i recently purchased a chopped 60 series ,i have no papers for the engineers certificate,it was apparently engineered by someone in mentone, just had to pay for it to go through vic roads to be registered as a extracab instead of a wagon,so if anyone can help me out with any info of a mentone based engineer, that would be a great help, thank you for your time

wouldn't vicroads know seeing as they provide the list of approved engineers. Also wouldn't they have it on record if it had been issued with one and registered?
