Panard rod length

Could some one tell me how to work out the length of my front and rear panards on my 80 to suit a 5 inch lift.

Get adjustables and adjust them so the wheels sit evenly in the guards from left to right.

the ideal solution would be to lower the arms so there is very little angle, but this would require the drag link being lowered also (not easy sometimes).
