60 series diffs into 47

i am looking at putting 60 series diffs in my 47 as i heard it gives you more wheelbase what will i need to change

They will give you a wider track, If you put them in the same place the wheelbase will remain the same.

On the rear you will have to move the spring perches on the diff, to suit the chassis width.

On the front you will have to move your spring hanger on the chassis out to suit the spring perches on the 60 series diff, unless you want your spring "U" bolts to go over the diff centre.

Or you can chop into the diff pumpking, lots of work though.

Thats similar to what I have done, though on a SPUA setup alot of chopping is required to not loose any suspension height and to maintain diff clearance. I'll see if I can get a quick pic
