TB45 head crack?

Is the TB45 engine prone to head cracking like the TB42? Will a TB45 head fit on a TB42 block?
No, the TB45 heads do not crack. They are a new design and proven very reliable. I just happen to have a spare TB45 head and inlet manifold with throttle body and injectors if you are interested. PM me. I am about to list in the for sale area.
This guy here has put a TB45 head on a TB42 engine so they do fit.
