Thinking that its about time to block my egr in my 2.8 gu, wondering if anyone on here knows who is suitable to do it in sydney (asked one 4x4 mechanic already and he looked at me as if i was crazy!)

Do it yourself. Put a ball bearing in the vacume line that goes to the egr valve.

get another mechanic!....its pretty simple do it yourself
