Outer Limits 4x4 Board

im doin my front wheel bearings and i have taken the hub off and the cir clip but now the drive clutch wont come off. it looks as though the outside end of where the cir clip goes has burred the edge but it came of first go and didnt need to be forced. any ideas of how to get it off. i cant get a good enough grip on the silver spacer either cus that would give me a bit more room. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks Dave

Mate i use a BIG pair of adjustable multi grip pliers to remove them, they all wear this way. If you don't have a pair they are pretty cheap, well around the $50 mark from memory.

how did you go dave? did you get it off?

na mate. was at me wits end ay. even tried gettin a tiny file and just given it a slight rub to try take the burr off but didnt work so called bilabong offroad and booked it in for monday. bit of extra money but saving a lot of headache and wasted time. i really cant think of how it could of happened but im sure BOR can tell me.

well old mate said that my tensioning screws had come out and so they replaced them and got the clutch off with a massive wrinch so he said but all done now : )
