Hi,
Do you use mud terrain tyres in your daly drivers? Are them dangerous inroad when it´s wet?
Thanks and regards.

It rained the other day and I took my new Wrangler MTRs out for a run.
Against all expectations they hung to the road like the proverbial to a blanket.Acceleration/ braking/ round corners, everything.
So much better than BFG All Terrains which I've had 2 sets of over the years that aquaplaned easily and required extreme care on greasy tar.
I could break traction easy with my 2.8D motor (all 50kW).
I gave it everything acceleration wise with the mtrs in the wet and couldn't make them spin.

Yes
depends on car, mods to the car, how you drive and the tires.. If you push any tire too hard for the conditions your in excrement.

I've run Cooper ST, STT, Simex JT2 and now MTR as daily drivers. They're ll ok.

I use Simex muds on road and they are great in the wet. Much better than the Kumho all terrains I had before these.
This is on a Zook.

First car i had had BF AT's and was shithouse in the wet, since then have always had Bf or Wrangler muddies and they both handle much better in the wet. I think the compound is softer so they are more sticky than the at's?

i run my MT's on the road in my zook. with a CIG locker in the rear, it makes it more interesting on roundabouts in the wet

Agree with that, i had a set of ko's and they locked up very easy on wet roads, now my mt's hold on like glue
