Thats a very ass-about way of doing a turbo conversion.
If purchasing parts new, a turbo is a fraction of the total cost of the conversion, in some cases, a meagre 20% of the final cost of a quality conversion.
At a bare minimum, you'll need exhaust manifold, oil lines, water lines, intercooler, inlet piping and a method of supplying additional fuel to compensate for the extra air.

Is the CT26 a landcruiser turbo or Supra? Supra turbine housing will not be much use on a 1HZ, wont produce boost until high in the rev range.
you can use an adapter flange from the 1hz manifold to bolt up the turbo,
intercooler is optional.
turn up the fuel on the std pump, have someone do it for you, if you get this wrong you can kill the engine in time
the engine pipe will need to be modded, try and get a std dump pipe or custom dump/engine pipe for the exhaust,
you will need to make up oil feed/return lines, water lines, and have oil return fitted to the sump.
try and source factory turbo inlet piping for the easiest install option
cost will depend on how much you can do yourself

There is a good writeup on CT26 conversions here;

If you only have the turbo and no other parts you are better off selling it and buying a complete aftermarket kit as it will start to cost you dollars doing it this way.
