Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi All,

Newby to the sport of 4 wheeling i was having a discussion last week wether i should put a KNN in my 95 hilux. Two of the toyota boys arc'ed up said i was crazy keep the standard paper filters in (better dust control) while everyone else said go the KNN.

As i am sure many on this forum would be able to share some insight on this subject - please help?

Do a search, same topic a few weeks ago.

Or in short, don't use a K & N

a propperly maintained K&N wont filter dust.

someone that doesnt know how to clean and oil a K&N properly will loose the airflow they claim to provide.

Stay with standard. I would prefer to loose a bee's dick of stuff all performance on a fourby to make sure the engine was well protected.
