Gday i have a set of 80 series standard rear springs and 50mm coil spacers, will they fit into the rear of my 94mdl IFS surf?

I tried fitting the coil spacers with the standard rear springs and that didnt work but i have read of other people fitting them to there surf but am unsure as to what springs they used in the rear.

Any help would be much appreciated.

how come the spacers didn't work?

i have standard 80 series springs in mine and i got about 3" lift. needed an adjustable panhard rod too, and matched it with procomp shocks.

You should only need 80s springs, soft ones too or they wont compress.
They are a tight fit and the drivers side top control arm will contact the fuel tank when you try to flex it down enough to fit the springs.

Gday sorry, i meabt to say the 80 series spring spacers didnt fit with my standard rear surf springs.

By what you guys are saying i take it i wont need the spacers and the 80 series springs alone should be enough.

The main problem is the springs in the rear are shagged and its sagged in the ass heaps.

If i do put the 80springs in will i have to chanfe anything else?

PS Thanks for the help guys, much appreciated.

You will need to add balljoint spacers and a diff drop up front so the car isn't pointing downhill big time. The 80s springs can add nearly 4" when first fitted to the rear.

Maybe better off getting some aftermarket rear springs fitted with 2" over standard lift.

will need adjustable panhard rod or drop bracket, or the driveshaft hits the fuel tank. if you flex it

I got standard 80series coils (lovells brand new) in mine and i didn't have to change anything at all, i put BJ Spacers in front and wound torsion bars up and sits level, i got long travel shocks and i don't have any problems with anything rubbing.
