Outer Limits 4x4 Board

has anyone used these shocks before?? my father in law got the pair for 10 bucks at a garage sale and gave to me, they look clean and in good condition.
they are TOKICO G2202 gas shocks, im told they are to suit the front of a solid axle lux. they extend and retract nicely and match up in length to the ones currently on the front of my lux. the mounts are the same too.
the only thing that i noticed is they are roughly half the diameter of the ones on my lux at the moment, the ones on my lux now are fairly stuffed.
if anyone knows about these could you please let me know

I've also got Tokico Brake calipers on my GSXR. Not that it helps but just throwing it out there.

Stock 62 series (post 1987 - rectangular lights - used tokico - I think most toyota's went tokico at the same time.

i just want to know whether or not its a good thing to run shocks that are a roughly half the diameter, even though the bigger ones on there now are shagged. or am i better off leaving the bigger ones on??

Have you seen the diameter of bilstiens?

A functional shock will be better than a shagged shock regardless of diameter.

Aint hard to throw them on, go for a few days see what they are like.
