Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi all I had to remove the door trim to replace passanger side mirror that the wife thort was stronger than the garage wall. Anyway, now that it is all back together the little light on the electric window is flashing at 2 blinks and the window cannot be raised or lowered from the main control on the drivers door. Yes it is plugged in and works from that switch. Any help would be appreciated.
