You don't need engineers 99% of the time.

What do you need done?

Blue plates cover almost everthing

What Bru said. You need an approved officer to inspect and issue you with a mod plate. These are basically mechanics authorised by QLD Transport to issue mod plates.

If you have a mechanic you use they should know someone, or you can call QLD transport and ask who is nearby who can approve engine swaps.

You are kidding???

2" body lift is max possible, and needs to be approved by QLD transport directly.

~2" max spring lift (actually 1/3 of stock distance between axle and bump stop)

15mm increase in tyre size. Does not need approval.
