Define cheap........ are you talking Genuine, Aftermarket, second hand... ?
each has a different definition of cheap.

And BTW, CV failures aren't common on Feroza's as they just sit there and do nothing most of the time. How did you stuff yours ?

A & F Driveshafts do good deals on changeover units. They have a couple of stores/outlets around Melbourne and will ship units if required. Just look them up.

RHS only. LOW RANGE, FRONT END NOT GOING ANYWHERE (not even spinning!), TO LARGER TYRES ETC! Big because now its a problem. They're working just clicking real bad when in four wheel drive! I run 235/75/15s Goodyear MTR no lift!
Cheap is cheaper than $600 pair fitted!

$600 bucks fitted. Thats crap. There is no way that CV's should cost that much. A couple of hours labour and no more than $140 ea for the CV's. That is allready expensive.

I would definitlly hunt around for a better deal.

BTW the actual CV's for narrow and widetrack are identical ( interchangable ) its only the axle lengths which differ and of course the axles aren't part of the joints.

235's shouldn't overload the CV's as a stock Feroza simply doesn't have the torque or traction to break them - usually, still stuff happens.

You have done the obvious visual checks I'm assuming, it would take all of five minutes to confirm its the axles/cv's as opposed to the hub /diff.

I haven't checked properly, but the amount mechanical of knowledge around when i noticed it proves CV also had to use 4X4 afterward and it works, just clicks very loudly! are you sure they are interchangeable, because they will come from interstate! you do seem the knowledgeable one on here though, i will trust you!
