Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I've found this plug and wondering what's it's for? It's plugged into one of the spare blank panels. Is it for the front/rear foglight? Apologies for the crappy phone quality pic.

If it's for the front foglight where does the other end terminate? I've tried looking behind the bumper bar but can't see any loose wiring?

It's a 2002 3 door GV.

I'm sure that's where i tapped into to for mine, but i cant remember.
as i said, i could be wrong.

In my older Vit that plugs for the fog lights in the rear bumper.
