plastic brake lines

saw a thread on pirate about alot of guys running the nylon tubeing in there buggies due to ease of plumbing and repairing, needs a burst pressure of at least 1900 psi,

The burst pressure is only one factor. How stiff the line is (i.e. how much it swells under intenal pressure) is a major factor in how your brakes work and feel.
That's why most flexible lines are braided in either steel or kevlar.

I couldn't find anything about nylon tubing but I did find KEVLAR..

this stuff is the go apparently, 1 guy over there has been running it for 4 years with out drama, its actually designed for use as a brake line, if the guys in speedway and stock cars are using it witout drama i cant really see a problem with it.
