When i turn on my air locker to engage it, then turn it, your supposed to hear this pssst, then the locker releases all the air. Now mine does not do this. Can you which part of the locker do i need to replace/adjust/clean. Does it hurt the locker if this does not happen. However the locker still engages and disengage as normal.

The air should be released from the solenoid mounted on your compressor, check the outlet for blockages

when you say turn it you mean turn it off yes?. the late model solenoids have a filter on top and don't really make any noise.

I have the new type solinoids with the filters on my lockers.
They do however still make a noticable "pshhhttt" sound but not as loud and powerful as the "old" style used to.
If the locker still disengages I'd say the solinoid outlet might be just blocked a bit with grit/mud.
Give em a clean and you should be sweet.

Mine was installed a couple of years ago and it didn't make the "psst" sound back then. It didn't make the "psst" last Sunday either, and it definately worked as I tried the same line without and then with the locker.

Check if the locker is still locked (and has failed to unlock) or simply is unlocked, and not locking. Jack up the back of the car and turn wheels. When you have ascertained whether the locker is actuating or not THEN start looking at possible problems.

I could always hear the locker disengage with a hiss of air escaping through the solenoid (reassuring that everything is working!!). Mine "broke" once, but only because I installed some rock sliders at LCMP and clamped the rear air line AFTER I had engaged the locker!

Good luck!

Mine Did That... The Hose Was Kinked Out The Top Of The Solenoid

if the oring is leaking they can get diff oil in the air line. if there is enough oil in the line the locker wont dis engage.

try loosening the fitting where the air line connects to the diff and see if it will release the air.
