Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I have a noise on my passenger side torsion bar near the adjustment end. Its like a creaking noise only when I put the breaks on or reverse break. I adjust the torsion bar up and the sound goes away and then after a few kms the noise comes back. Any sugestions what it may be? Thanks

u have grease nipples around that area. mine used to creak wen i went off road or goin over/down curbs. turns out they just needed to be filled up. check them to see if ther full....
