gq steering box into gu

Gq series 1 steering box will it fit into a 98 gu, i know the drag link is differant is there any thing else that will stop me swaping it over thanks

My bad, my old man has had his gu written off {he got shunted} so before its getts picked up next week i am swaping the front and rear diffs over and also the steering box but it has to remain a driving condition so if any body could help that would be good cheers

if your putting the gq diffs into this gu as well id say it should bolt up just use the gq draglink, as a gu box pretty well bolts straight into a gq so id assume the reverse is possible as well. good score there im assuming.

well its a stat write off and my diffs has all twin piston front end so it should'nt out of place to much, and i bet if you had the chance you would do the same lol

Well dont buy a blue over champaine gu with a 3 lit diesel that has been shunted half hard lol
