Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hi i currently run a mechanical fuel pump on the 22r motor in my 4runner. atm you can hear it depressurise when slowing down then it won't idel well as its not getting any fuel. what type of electronic fuel pump can i put on without too many headaches?

It's 22r & not 22RE isn't it?
Holley Red with a max 7PSI fuel pressure if it's a Carby model

or a Carter Gold would be fine!
