You may be able to buy some old stock for a while, but I doubt that they would make both.

Or keep an eye on the forums, I got a set of 6 35's for $750 on rims.
90%x2
75%x2
35% x2. (good spares).

thats why i went the big horn over the wranglers. my local store in this hicks ville wanted $480 per wrangler fitted. size i was after was 32x 11.5.
big horns went for $280 or something on the lines per tire.

The new Kevlar 37 MTRs are only available for 17 inch rims no more 15s.
Your quote is for old stock.

I picked up a set about 4 weeks ago though a friend (beaurepairs employee)
for $310 each so he should be able to sharpen his pencil a bit more.
Yes you can still buy the old MTR,s and beaurepairs seem to be the place
And sorry i carn't disclose what store i picked mine up from so dont ask.

You may say buying tyres on looks is a bad idea. Weipa is 800km north of Cains in the middle of no where theres not many people around, let a friendly tyre joint to help you out. Frieght puts a massive price on anything.
Hence Weipa having the most exspensive woolworths in Australia.
