Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I am trying to find more info on off road suspension systems aimed at speed events.

I am not taking links etc, I will be using standard GQ Coil nissan stuff.

What i need is how to work out coil rates and shock size, location and number for jumping etc.

Even if there is a book etc you can buy ?
