Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I have fitted an Eclipse CPS and need to connect to the speedo pulse wire
I believe that it should be connected at the ECU but I cant identify which wire is the pulse wire has anyone got a clue

Hi there, I have listed in a cruise control manual Landcruiser 95 on EFI a BLUE/WHITE wire in an OEM plug (vacant) above the brake pedal. 4000 PPM. I have not fitted cruise to one of these but this manual is usually fairly accurate.
