Converting winch bar to hi mount bar!

G'day guys
I'm just after ideas at the moment, for turning the likes of your arb or tjm winch bar into a bar to take a hi mount. Things im after are bracing, mounting points things like. So if you could share a little light on this and tell how you did it would be great. Pics also would help alot.
